POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y DEVOLUCIONES – ESPAÑOL

1. Naturaleza del Producto

Nuestros cobertizos metálicos y de madera se fabrican exclusivamente bajo pedido, conforme a las especificaciones elegidas por cada cliente (tamaño, color, diseño y materiales). Debido a su naturaleza personalizada, estos productos se consideran órdenes especiales y no reutilizables para otros clientes.

 

2. Compra y Corte de Materiales

Una vez que el cliente realiza su orden, procedemos a la compra y corte de materiales específicos para su proyecto.

Estos materiales incluyen, entre otros:

 

Lámina del color seleccionado a la medida y color

 

Madera cortada a medida

 

Componentes personalizados según el diseño solicitado (ventanas, cerraduras, pinturas)

 

Estos materiales no pueden ser devueltos al proveedor ni utilizados para otros proyectos.

 

Por lo tanto:

 

El costo de los materiales no es reembolsable bajo ninguna circunstancia.

 

3. Cancelación de Orden

Si el cliente decide cancelar su orden después de que los materiales hayan sido comprados o cortados:

 

No se reembolsará el costo de los materiales.

 

Se aplicará un cargo por cancelación destinado a cubrir gastos administrativos, logística y tiempo invertido en la preparación del proyecto.

 

Cargo por cancelación:

$750 mas el costo de los materiales al 100%

 

4. Cancelaciones Antes de Comprar Material

Si el cliente cancela antes de que se haya comprado o cortado material, se aplicará únicamente un cargo administrativo de:

$750

 

5. Si el cliente Cancela en la semana de la entrega no hay devolucion de su dinero debido a

los gastos de materiales descritos arriba , gastos de operacion y gastos de entrega , teniendo derecho a recibir su producto eln buenas condiciones previo acuerdo con DNT sheds & Storages llc

 

6. Tiempo de Producción

El tiempo estimado de entrega es de 2 a 3 semanas. Este tiempo puede variar por clima, disponibilidad de materiales o carga de trabajo.

La cancelación por retrasos menores dentro del rango estimado no elimina la responsabilidad del cliente sobre los materiales ya adquiridos.

 

7. Aceptación de la Política

Al realizar un pedido, el cliente reconoce y acepta esta política de cancelación y no reembolso de materiales.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Product Nature

Our metal and wooden sheds are manufactured exclusively by order, according to the specifications selected by each customer (size, color, design, and materials). Due to their customized nature, these products are considered special orders and cannot be reused for other customers.

 

2. Material Purchase and Cutting

Once the customer places an order, we proceed with the purchase and cutting of materials specifically for their project.

These materials include, but are not limited to:

 

Sheet metal in the selected color and size

 

Wood cut to custom measurements

 

Customized components according to the requested design ( Windows , Hardware , paint )

 

These materials cannot be returned to suppliers or used for other projects.

 

Therefore:

 

The cost of materials is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

3. Order Cancellation

If the customer decides to cancel their order after materials have been purchased or cut:

 

The cost of materials will not be refunded.

 

A cancellation fee will be applied to cover administrative expenses, logistics, and time invested in preparing the project.

 

Cancellation fee:

$750.00 plus Materials ( 100% ).

 

4. Cancellations Before Material Purchase

If the customer cancels before materials have been purchased or cut, only an administrative fee will be applied:

$750.00

 

5. Production Time

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks. This timeframe may vary due to weather, material availability, or workload.

Cancellation due to minor delays within the estimated timeframe does not remove the customer’s responsibility for materials already purchased.

 

6. If the client cancels in the week of delivery, there is no refund of their money due to the material costs described above, operating expenses, and delivery costs, with the right to receive their product in good condition subject to prior agreement with DNT Sheds & Storages LLC.

 

7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this cancellation and non-refundable materials policy.
